Delivery & Returns
If you would like to return your Kookamunga purchase because you have changed your mind, please send it back to us in its original packaging, unused within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of purchase. Refunds will be issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. Kookamunga will issue the refund within 10 days of receipt of the returned item. Please note that opened products cannot be returned, and products can only be returned in the country in which they were originally purchased.
To report a faulty item and arrange a replacement to be delivered free of charge, please contact our customer care team firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note our faulty product warranty lasts for 12 from the date of purchase, and does not cover damage caused by wear-and-tear, or misuse.
Kookamunga products are subject to United States and foreign export control laws and regulations and must be purchased, sold, exported, reexported, transferred, or used in compliance with such export laws and regulations.
Product availability and limitations
Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, Kookamunga Kids Co reserves the right, in its sole discretion and at various times, to limit the quantity of products available for purchase by its customers. As such, Kookamunga Kids Co may require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order
